Eliminating potential hampering activities

Potential - The inherent ability or capacity for growth, development, or coming into being (as defined by http://www.thefreedictionary.com)

All people have potential, however many people do not feel like they are achieving as much as they are capable of. They are not reaching thier true potential. One of the easiest ways to reach youre potential is to examine the activities in youre daily life. Now obviously to achieve what you want you have to be active, you have to work towards your goals. In examining your daily activities, look for the ones that slow you down, keep you from reaching your goals, or keep you from feeling motivated; These are potential hampering activities. Replace them with something that will help you get where you want to be in the future. Some things I recommend are reading, meditating, listening to successful people etc. By eliminating these potential hampering activities and replacing them with activities that get you closer to your goals, you are setting yourself up for success. Why do anything that slows down your ability to reach a goal?
